The mushroom and chicken thigh skewers are delicious. Excited to come back to try some others

One of my absolute favorite types of food are yakitori/izakaya places because I love being able to try a bunch of different dishes in one sitting. Though the price can be kind of expensive, it really does feel pretty authentic here and the service was super friendly. The skewers were all pretty delicious and my surprise hit was the tori soboro don which made a great accompaniment to the meal.

Please make a reservation. The wait time is really long otherwise. We went on a Sunday evening
They have seating outside as well as inside. Inside seating is really limited.
They have various options for sake and soju. We ordered the yuzu flavored soju cocktail. This comes in a beer glass full of ice! Very refreshing flavor. Goes really well with the meat.
The yakitori is ordered per skewer.
The chicken meatballs were the star or our order! Absolute melt in the mouth! Liked them so much that ordered them twice!
The pork belly could be juicier
The beef galbi and duck skewer was a little tough
Lamb chops were yum! Very tender and had a unique herby taste.
Butter prawn skewers were really tasty too.
Ordered 2 appetizers -  takoyaki was yum, the chicken karage was crispy but the chicken itself was just salted and could use some other seasoning.
Also ordered the black sesame tantanmen.  Very unique flavor

You get a ton of variety at this place. Our favorites were the eel, tofu, pepper chicken, and galbi. Good indoor and outdoor seating options. Space heaters outside so it isn't too cold even when it's raining or gets late. Quick service.

This is a small place but they do have an outdoor area with heaters. We accidentally reserved for the wrong amount of people(less than we thought) but the staff was nice enough to accommodate us on the fly. The food was delicious and everything came out fairly quick. I had a blast enjoying drinks and eating small bites like skewers. I eventually caved and went for a bowl of noodles which was the best decision that night!

The place is quite pricey and I was a little shocked at the bill but we did order a bunch of skewers. Overall, the meats/skewers were great quality and tasty but I wouldn't be coming here every weekend! I definitely recommend trying it out if you're looking for a place to enjoy drinks and good food

Came for dinner on a Wed night. Definitely recommend reservations. They're pretty easy to get if you plan a day or 2 ahead. Much harder on day of. Parking can be busy. They have a small lot but it was full the entire time we were there so street parking is the way to go.

We ordered a variety of things and everything we had was really good! The skewers especially were so smokey and tender! All the skewers we had were delicious, you can't really go wrong. A bit on the pricier side but that's usually how yakitori is. Great for a once in a while meal!
